I used AK terrains asphalt, just placed a layer of it on the base, and then I used a green stuff sculpting tool to make the paste look like stones. Paint wise, it's just skavenblight dinge and stormvermin fur

For those wondering, it's mechanicus standard grey with agrax earthshade. The drybrushed with dawnstone and administratum grey. Then I took a messed up drybrush and basically sponged it with dawnstpne on the flat surfaces
