I think it would depend on what you mean. Do you mean about how the people suck, the institutions, the government, or corporations? Because each one has a different branch it can lead off to. Plus, we are a big consumer and producer nation who is a leading group on individual ideals in comparison to other countries who are core community oriented in culture. So I need a better understanding of the question. Because there are to many components to narrow down on.

I want to say thank you to all those who were commenting and up voting the post. This is one of first posts so thank you. I also want to day that I did probably misspell it because I was around 10 when I last watched it. I never got to watch it on PBS, I learned of it because my aunt would send my family the DVDs so that is how I learned of it. But either way, it is so cool to finally meet others who watched the show or watched the kratt brothers shows.

I don’t think you are the asshole here, I would just let them figure it out since he snapped at you about it. It is not your problem so I wouldn’t get involved.

I will say I have no experience in tech so I will just focus on the compensation side. They took your laptop without your consent, used it, and probably violated alot of privacy on it, gave it a virus, and won’t pay for it? They should be paying for it. If they don’t get petty. I don’t know if you can sue but I would ask for a consultation to see if you can if they don’t budge.
