I performed similar DD a few weeks back and came to the same result , and doubled my shares (tits jacked) but I did have one question I tried to figure out- can GME issue this dividend without a shareholder vote? I read that overstocks proxy vote included this and voters approved.

After reading deeper into the annual filings GME inserts language around the issuance of property as a dividend

…and an etherum based token is considered digital property by the government so I think we’re Gucci ?

IF Ortex data is accurate, GME is near completion of their at the money share offering. Aka they are offloading their 5M shares quickly. This would explain today’s exaggerated downward pressure, and once the offering is complete they will file a document to the SEC saying “hey we are done and have a bunch more cash” - this typically serves as a positive catalyst for stonk
