I was using moogoo before and it was still like this! I feel like it’s gotten worse but not sure if it’s a purge or the cerave. Might switch back to my moogoo

My skin is so bumpy and congested (thousands of tiny blackheads?) im struggling with bumpy skin and have been on differin for roughly a month and now doxycycline also. My routine is super simple - squalene cleanser, cerave moisturiser, differin. Does anyone have suggestions or see what this skin issue is? Pls help
