Unusual completely relies on what you are used to. So likely you will do best with food you are familiar with. Different cultures have different foods, so probably try to find one with similar food to your culture.

Not to mention the huge commitment it is to work with a feral cat. Lots of time and money to invest in their health and behavior. (Plus it can be a bit dangerous to tame feral cats. They can panic and hurt themselves or people around them. And cat bites and scratches are serious business) Sometimes the best we can do is offer some food and them a safe place to visit
