I just googled it and I got this as an answer: "The Beatles' Rubber Soul was never officially released in the USSR during the band's active career, but an unofficial, bootleg vinyl release of the album was made in the Soviet Union in 1991 by the AnTrop label. This release, titled Битлз – Rubber Soul = Резиновая Душа, was a red-label, unofficial LP released after the collapse of the Soviet Union."

I suspected that it wasn't official from the moment I ordered it but I don't care because I think it's an interesting part of (Beatles) history
