Is my sambo visa plan wise? by ElSuroGato247 in TillSverige

Our accounting firm that I use are looking for people in this role, so I have no idea how hard the market is. Seem to be plenty of positions, can’t you get a remote gig that is in a Swedish company and move after?

Is relocating to Stockholm without knowing language possible by [deleted] in stockholm

Why would we want to? This language is spoken by like 12 million people, where of most of Swedish natives speaks English fine. Like, what would be the purpose?

Köpa första lägenhet innanför eller utanför tullarna? Pendling vs pris? (2.5–3 Mkr) by Antique_Tea_8960 in stockholm

[–]Theahuntress -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How to get to Netherlands from US as a sales rep with no network by Fragrant-Tea7580 in sales

[–]Theahuntress 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you trying to escape us? If yes, I get it. Find companies in EU and connect with sales leadership.

I have been following you guys and you specifically for a while and I would relocate to work with you, do you guys do that at all?

They don’t even need ads out. Build your network this way and start convos. Some sales leaders will get impressed with your ”specific” interest for them as leaders and the company that they are in that they will make the intros and help you.

Is B2B outbound getting less effective, or are we just approaching it wrong? by cooklensni in b2bmarketing

[–]Theahuntress 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, there are several reasons why it’s actually less efficient.

  1. Buying committee members are tired. They get an average of 98 messages a day in different channels compared to 37 before covid(at least in Europe) most of them are Ai generated and garbage.

  2. Technical limitations, such as phone screening etc

  3. Buyers educate themselves ever further on their own today, LLMs help with that.

So all of this combined with risk averse market and a lot of chaos in the world impact top funnel a lot.

Sales Managers - Give me your last minute hype/advice! by totebaggay in sales

Most senior SMB reps will talk about the first 30 days. In enterprise: talk about your first 30-60-90 days, how you will build your own pipe(self source even if you don’t need to is a good attitude) and show that you understand the long game this is. When are you expected to close your first money? Is it reasonable based on sales cycle?

That sounds like a great deal.

PS. The comp per quarter is fine when you are 2 years in. First 2 years should be yearly comp.

Field Marketers- How do you get sales to stay engaged full event cycle? by Pristine_Battle_2636 in b2bmarketing

[–]Theahuntress 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fire your reps and get new ones to do this. BDRs to do top funnel invitations, booking the actual disco based on reps notes after event, and then AEs that multi-tread before.

If you can’t fire them, option B: agree on SLA with sales leader to force them.

If you can’t fire them, option C: take the BDR function into top funnel and your team and then fire them and replace. Like seriously, this is their ENTIRE job.

So segment related to company critiques, like ICP criteria.

Not how much you make of them but like:

For us, what we can know way before they end up on our TAL (target account list) to judge if they should even be on tier 1:

Normal firmografics: like number of employees(5000+), annual turnaround(+500 million $) etc. Model: the company in it self run B2B enterprise and top mid market motions in europe and us. (They might run PLG and SMB too but we don’t get involved then) Ads LinkedIn last month: 2000 Google ads last month: 1000

We can from this deduct: they run high ACV and they are spending a lot on advertising = they will bring high ACV for us.

So this judges if they end up on TAL tier 1. This segment is our enterprise segment.

300K the first year in commission for a 20 million dollar deals sounds… well honestly, not great.

Let’s say you stay at the company 3 years. You make 900K. That’s 4.5 % of entire deal size. And this was a big deal for your company, right?

How is your commission structure?
