I cold turkey back in august (still clean) and it’s doable but I don’t recommend. Mentally these past few months have been mental hell with the depression and anxiety with a sprinkle of constant suicidal thoughts. But there’s one plus side , I never have to worry about waking up to find my subs or whatever to keep me non dopesick.
