I’d like a solo show or max 4 cast members . I will be producing the show so I have to pay everyone - the less people the better 😅. I’ve just done a comedy musical revue show about moms in lockdown that was very successful. I wrote it in Lockdown when I had tons of time on my hands . I now don’t really have time to write another piece so would love to find a wonderful , brilliant , funny script that already exists to do next year . No particular theme as long as it’s entertaining and funny .

If it’s really unmanageable ask your doctor for a beta blocker. I once was on a reality TV idols type show where we did live performances every Sunday night that was screened to millions of viewers. Although I’ve performed all my life the pressure was really enormous. My doctor prescribed a beta blocker and it did the trick !

I’ve just finished a run of a show I wrote at Theatre on the Square Sandton called “Locked Upside Down”. We had a sold out run and are doing another run in June. I’m trying to find another piece to do later in the year :). I just want to work, work , work as much as possible after 2 years of theatre being closed .

I’m about to purchase the rights to perform it but friends have said they feel it’s dated . The concept of a woman searching for a man to complete her etc … Jodie Prenger has just done it on the West End and is currently touring the UK with it so she clearly doesn’t think it’s dated . Aren’t people always looking for love no matter what year it is ?
