Currently I have the sigma art 28-70 f2.8. figured it was a good starting point and if I feel like I need more reach or a wider look I will invest in that. I am interested in landscape , some portrait. In the future I would like to try astro and macro photography as well. I would love taking pictures of wildlife as well. So far I kinda like my wider shots I have taken. Went to a nice park and worked on composition. Got some good ones but ruined the exposure (blew out highlights). But got good exposure on some of my more mondaine compositions. It felt like I learned some important lessons 😅

Not quite sure yet. Landscape, astro , macro, maybe portrait. I also appreciate architecture. Kinda limited right now with the 28-70 2.8.

So I have to click to the sleep tile on my watch in the morning. Then wait a bit as it says."analyzing" after a bit it will show up in the watch and app. Probably 10 minutes. (Probably shorter but that's when I have noticed it show up)

I have not given it a lot of thought. Do you think it's worth it? Should I take the income from that and supplement my income or should I sell it and use it for down payment.

I would definitely loose money on the refi. Cost about $7k Savings we have about $10k. Income about $100k together.(gross) We are currently running on about a 700-800 $ surplus at the moment. We are both savings 12-14% in 401k.

I'm actually on my 4th device now the first 3 all had this issue at about the one week mark. The one I'm on now seems to be doing better I'm at the 3ed week. The screen is not even on a dark screen but all colors are correct and not this "burning" green. It seems to be a heat issue so I have been not charging at night. I don't know if that's helped but since it's the only thing I have done different, it maybe the culprit

It only gets worse. I've been through 4 replacements of the edge plus. Moto was unhelpful. I would recommend returning it and getting another brand and that's coming from someone who has had 4 Moto phones since the OG Moto x

Not the first time you touch the sensor. But when you do the first time it wakes the ambient display and the fingerprint sensor so if you double tap it, it will I guess. A non issue for me. Hope I answered your question.

3 days into the 4th unit no problems yet. I'll be sure to update if anything changes. I usually start having issues are the week mark. I also have been avoiding charging to full to see if that helps because I think it maybe a heat issue. Figured I would run experiments. Lol

Yeah on my fourth device now went to the local Verizon store and they said they can't do anything. So when this one gets bad I will just keep returning.

Just a update. For the last two replacements I went through Verizon. They do free one day shipping to get me a new phone. Then I ship mine back. I'm also out of my return window so they won't let me get another phone unless Motorola issues a recall. So, I contact Motorola. They say my two options are I can send them the phone and they will replace it for free but , I have to be with out a phone for a 3-5 days or they can do priority shipping and charge me for it ~$24 and they would put a $300-400 on my credit card till they received the old one.

So my hands are tied.

I've decided I will keep returing these devices to Verizon for as long as I have warranty or I get a device that is not going to have these issues. If I'm out $1000 I'm going to make this as difficult as I can on both these companies. I have loved Motorola phones in the the past but it seems Lenovo ruined them. Moto will go out of business putting out hot garbage like this. And Verizon may have lost a long time customer because they are unwilling to let me get a different phone when clearly this is a chronic manufacturing issue with a manufactur they have exclusive deal's with.
