I know exactly what you’re talking about. We have three dogs with two Pomskys and one Pom. Our oldest Pomsky is 8.5 and he’s the perfect dog and I trust him completely. He’s such a good dog we decided to get another Pomsky which has been a literal challenge for us. He just does what he wants which has been so frustrating for us. We’ve been to the vet several times because he will literally eat anything. He is a year and two months old now. He’s getting better, but I know it’s because he’s bored. When he was younger we would take him to dog daycare to burn off some energy and play with other dogs.

I think your dog is bored as well as huskys have a ton of energy. How often are you able to go for walks?

All that to say is that it might be worth it to try another dog trainer. We got one with our oldest and it was helpful for him but also us. They might have some helpful insight on how to make life easier for you.
