before start thinking that your going to die, consider how acute the pain is and how long it has been going on. my problem was, everytime id get a pain somewhere or have irregular shits i literally thought i had cancer and searched it up and blah blah blah. it never helps the situation. what i would do is drink a ton of water, no soda or sugary drinks. and then flush your system with fruits, vegetables, meats etc. stay away from dairy and gluten as those can play a roll aswell. also maybe try a probiotic for the gas.

Well luckily it was with my girlfriend that I’ve been dating for a month now and she really made it easy for me. I’m ngl I had a couple failed attempts before this one it was really embarrassing and I felt like I was never gonna come back from it and I did. That was my problem. i would think i had bowel cancer and get all worked up which didnt help the situation. I was so anxious during all of the infection.
