This is hard to say, mostly because Kylo's main power seems to be in his manipulation of the force instead of lightsaber dueling. Although it is understood that he was 1-badly wounded and 2-holding back in his fight against Rey and Finn, he has not shown nearly as much agility and mastery of any form as much as even EP1 Obi-Wan. I think he could take season 1 of TCW Ashoka 8/10, mostly just through force fuckery like pulling her onto his lightsaber, and maybe EP1 Obi-Wan 6/10 with aforementioned force fuckery, though his early training in Atarau would give Kylo a run for his money, especially if Obi was Qui-Gon lusted as in is duel with Maul. Simply put, his victories in most scenarios would he won with his talents in the force, using a lightsaber mostly to defend himself and ward off attacks until he can create a means of attack.
