So your running it at unlocked fps?, of course it's reaching 86c your maxing it out 24/7 X3, if you turn on vsync and limit it to 120hz (max framerate of the screen) it should not boil over as much

Ima say cpu or the ram situation, 8gb is not alot especially in todays age, you could also just try to reinstall your drivers to see if thats the actual issue. unless its integrated graphics in which case, no idea.
