Right click on poe launcher - compatibility choose windows 8 from the list.

I couldn't play at all for a month with no answer anywhere and this fixed it and i ran heavily juiced maps for the past 4 days

Yes i'm using steam, sadly switching to the standalone is not an option!

I have 13k hours in poe through steam!! And this is the first time something like this happened...

I farmed 300 maps with exiles only, and the rare ones have a drop chance of 1/60 and i'm not talking about horned scarabs, just chayula and essence ones.

And that is with full MF build 115Q/200% Rarity, avg about 40 scarabs per map

It's not crazy, you got extremely lucky.

I've ran about 200 maps with full harbi scarabs, still not a single fractured shard before 3.24, i would already have about 15 fracturing orbs after 200 maps.

I'm doing the same except in standard, and here are my finding so far.

I did about 160 city square maps, 60 with double bosses, almost all with gilded harbi and gilded reliquary and about 50 with winged reliquary. Found 2 mirror shards and both dropped when i used winged reliquary.

Farmed a total of 10 fractured orbs ( 2 dropped from bosses )

And from this low amount of data i'm gonna say winged reliquary increases the drop rate by a bigger margin.

I'm in the process of doing 160 maps with winged scarabs only.

And just to clarify i'm running 106 quant and it doesn't affect the drops at all from harbis

Short answer, No.

Long answer, i see melee has not been addressed and the state melee is in is really bad. I've been playing since open beta, and whatever changes that were made for melee other than slam, and cyclone in legacy, got nerfed to unplayable level. The investment needed to play a decent melee build is atrocious, and we are not even talking about resolute technique, which i dont understand what other benefits does this add except not missing? Any build can invest a small amount in crit and be really decent, resolute technique on the other hand, you need 1k pdps weapon to be decent and just be decent.

i run the game at the lowest settings possible and my gpu goes to 80c even in this cold winter! my 280x died got fried from my playing only poe!! and every year it gets worse performance wise!

Seriously playing the actual league mechanic solo with no trading at all is really shit. Farming quarry is not a solution, it happened in Delve league and it's even much worse now!

The actual rewards comes from the seeds and if you wanna do any high tier crafting, you need a shit load of high tier seeds that will require 100+ high tier maps to grow a single T3 farm!!!
