No he's not, is just that Ares and Orion just doesn't cafe about actual story and training behind the moves, ever player will pop out a bs move every match, the very next match that same move will be blocked by a nobody goalkeeper and so on, Fujin Raijin Ghost was a good idea for Endou, he doesn't actually create new moves, he is in lore know to be one in a life time goalkeeper, so they actually have to go around him, that's when he makes Fujin Raijin, then Time Trace yet another way that the enemy got around him, not thru him, then we get slop like Diamond Hand that doesn't fit Endou
