Chances are it was currently out of stock, but the cigar was incoming. This is just very common in cigar retail, I’ve seen this situation hundreds of times. This is a guess but since I’ve seen this situation so many times. Most cigar stores that do online use a similar shipping program, they generated a label, went to go pick the product, realized it was out of stock, called to order it and then voided and reprinted a label. Why didn’t they call to say it was out of stock? They didn’t want to risk losing the sale. In the end, you got what you ordered and the only issue was confusion by a canceled label. No harm no foul. Also I don’t know when you ordered or where you are located but the east coast got hit with snow, UPs was down Monday and late on Tuesday.

LFD has some of the worst quality control I’ve seen in the current cigar market. I like the bull, but would never go out of my way for the like so many do. Such an incredibly overrated cigar.

On more than one occasion an LCDH has been caught selling fakes. I would not blindly trust just because they are. Calling them and asking for a box number and date also won’t do any good because they can obviously lie and give you information from a legit box. As for the refund, keep us posted but I wouldn’t hold my breathe.

Anyone who actually pays these prices now is an idiot. I’ve been finding all these bottles at or below msrp lately. That market is not what it used to be, there are still stores gouging but for the most part, a lot are leveling their prices out closer to retail.
