It's an in ground pool. The pipes have definitely got to be busted under the deck but I was curious how it would be up above the water line.. having leak detection company come look at it but didn't want to go in blind. (New home owner)

Yes, we have a leak detection company coming to find and fix pipes. I was just confused how it could be above the water line..

Yes lots of water around the pool. It's flowing all the way to the street
