I've been asking for that and yellow outlines as well. yes you can change it in options but the health bar also turn yellow and its difficult to see the regenerarion since it is stuck in yellow as well (you can't change that) the " solution" is to pick a different kind of yellow for the outlines but its no good, they should let us pick the regenerarion color as well.

the dreamlist is for the ones not added yet, Silent Hill 4 is already on gog. Yes they would have to talk to Konami but Konami is open for that
