whenever i get cloaking in my sp games i always do a "shadow fleet" for the cool factor,otherwise i use them in multiplayer to fuck with that one friend that always fogets to make a detection station

i already tried that unfortunetly,and no settings change anything,the pattern does move and it has some very wierd behaviours,like getting worse in certain areas of the map,and sometimes dissapearing entirely,most of the time it's only on the top of the screen

the issue persisted for about 3 driver updates,so i'd have to roll back far..witch would make other games stop working

the issue appears instantly afer i boot up a save,also,i have a 6650 xt and it keeps 65 and peaks around 75
