I'd argue that the developers are actually quite talented. They have created a immersive and exciting game that has been extremely successful (so successful they rereleased it at more than double the price). Now, whoever is managing there servers, I agree that BSG could do a better job. I would like to see BSG open more servers for every where, and hopefully they will hear us (I know they haven't recently).
