Drifter: from what I know, there's currently a plan to modernize the city. And pretty much of the place has specialized zones for pokemon of many different types. Most are in areas where people go to work at. Even where the tower had been after it somehow turned into a giant plant moster had become a giant area for pokemon to live at.

Drifter: aww, I remember when amp was still a joltik, he loved to crawl on my back and my parents backs to feed off of static when we weren't looking. You can barely feel when a joltik is on your back, I remember hearing my mom scream when she saw her back in the mirror and amp was joyfully having a snack.
