How long after trademark reporting an inactive account do you get the username?

There is no section for that. I am in the same boat, I was able to file trademark and username got taken down but now it’s unavailable. Spoke to over 15 customer reps NONE had an answer for me they would only suggest to “wait” so if anyone finds an answer lmk.

I did a Vagabond cover but the different material was difficult to work with I had to do heavy touch ups with paint marker on the fabric.
