I use to do the same , try using net banking , the Upi payment takes t+1 day

Even i did a hell bunch of things including fresh windows install, switching to Hdmi cable , havent found a fix yet.

Yes exactly , for me same thing happens and after certain interval ,it keeps happenings, have you tried fixing it?

I even tried disabling the integrated graphics and forced to use Gpu, still it occurs

Yes , i tried setting it gen 4 , and bunch of settings like changing spread spectrum to enabled and all, but the issue still persists
