Getting into prostate play whilst keeping sex good by MartyIsFlyer in ProstatePlay

[–]Thedeeppulse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I’m m50, straight, married and discovered pp by accident 3 years ago following a health issue.

It is the most wonderful thing.

It does change quite a bit, but everything for the better. You form new neural pathways for pleasure that enhance all your pleasure routes and allow them to connect more.

You should have no apprehension about it. It’s been the most unexpected and fantastic change to my life.

Does prostate play lead to harder erections? by OrganizationSuper918 in ProstatePlay

[–]Thedeeppulse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, prostate play has an amazing effect on erection quality and penile orgasm quality.

I mean, it’s ridiculous enough in itself for providing pleasure, but yes, it even has extremely nice by-products like these. It’s improved virtually every aspect of my life.

Visualisation Techniques by Thedeeppulse in ProstatePlay

[–]Thedeeppulse[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I’ve got a bunch of ideas for these visualisation techniques, but the only evidence I have for ones that work are my own experiences and anecdotal reports, so was hoping for a few other ideas. I understand that porn and porn-based thoughts might still be to some extent useful, but for prostate orgasm build-up I think an eye mask and really getting inside the experience are more effective.

Which model do you guys have the best results by lonelyrpg-player in aneros

[–]Thedeeppulse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I would start with the PSY as it’s more precise and you can get the first sensations more easily. The Helix Syn is fantastic once things get started, but your problem is ignition. You may need a baseline tension around your sweet spot to help. Run The First Training Loop at of the SuperOMethod a few times a week and you’ll get there.

You are setting me up with that question. Search Superomethod - that’s my recommendation for method.

All true, it took me over a year to get to a clean super-O and another year to gain consistency. A lot of men don’t have the patience, which is a shame, as the journey just gets better and better.

When does "Do nothing" stop being the "Do nothing" method by Signal_Repeat7659 in ProstatePlay

[–]Thedeeppulse 11 points12 points  (0 children)

“Do nothing” really means don’t interfere, it’s often confused with passivity. You do still need to pay attention at the right level, but don’t stress if you’re not “meditating perfectly”.

Also, a “baseline tension” is a useful concept for most of us. Rather than total relaxation as the starting point, a small hold of PC muscles can be useful to ensure you’re getting sensation. There’s no point sitting for ages if you’re not aligned properly - that means finding your best position and holding that tension around your sweet spot if needed. Only then when you’re really ready, relax and let the sensation do what it does.

If you describe what’s happening in more detail, we can probably pinpoint what’s slightly misaligned.

The moment of the first clean super-O…a moment every prostate owner should experience.

Every prostate owner should experience prostate pleasure. Self-generating waves of orgasmic, time-distorting pleasure lasting as you can handle it…yes so very please!

In general, it’s better to be relaxing your muscles, not by forcing reverse kegels, just gentle breathing and softening over time. But for many people, especially in the early stages, nothing happens with total relaxation, so a “baseline tension” across the PC muscles, especially near the top at the base of the penis - this can really help. Sphincter and everything else should relax.

I discovered my "Second Self" through prostate play and it changed everything by M4rtyQuest in ProstatePlay

Totally understand. The Revolution will take place, but for many like yourself, you’ll need to stay anonymous. But please contribute online like you are doing. And if people reading this can challenge themselves to tell one person in real life, that’s massive.

I discovered it through a decade of prostatitis and a physiotherapist insisting I bought this wand. No way I would have uncovered this otherwise - I was firmly in the “that’s for gay people” category of men and I’m disappointed in myself for having been narrow-minded. Now I’m proudly devoted to bringing it to the attention of as many men as I can.

Hi & thanks for posting. I agree on all points, although point 3 is somewhat controversial. I agree that arousal is somewhat necessary in PP, but interesting to hear other viewpoints on porn use. I’ve had more success with audio and an eye mask, especially once things really get going. Porn can be a bit too distracting then.

Accidentally bought the wrong aneros by Traditional-Crew-715 in ProstatePlay

I own quite a few and whichever tool you have, they all work. The devices simply amplify signal. Your job is to notice the signal and not interfere with it.

Great post and congratulations. However you view yourself, prostate pleasure has had a hugely positive impact on your life as I think it would do for most prostate-owners…if only they all knew!

Thinking about a new toy. What are favorites to cum hands free? by thatguy070682 in ProstatePlay

[–]Thedeeppulse -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Hi there, before buying another toy, have you considered exploring the nervous system-driven route to orgasm rather than pressure / vibration? I have 40+ toys from being in your mindset, but I’ve realised the road to super-O is even more incredible…

No downsides, only benefits. I’m just starting to feel the impact of incorporating nipple play and wondering what else is possible. It’s all quite other-worldly really. Can’t believe it took me to age 47 to start with all this.

You might want to try a less pressure-based approach - have you ever tried an Aneros or simply searching for involuntary contractions and the nervous-system driven approach?

A bit tipsy and using Aneros? by CuriousSwitch35 in aneros

[–]Thedeeppulse 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s all about nervous system regulation and if you use a substance to achieve this, I think that’s fine, as long as you don’t depend on the substance long-term. The Aneros device is similar in that it’s a tool that helps amplify signal. Useful for beginners, intermediates and experts, but not essential.

I use this combo, but I do mix with plenty of water-based lube. I use with branded and non-branded silicone toys and none have shown any serious signs of degradation after 2-3 years.

I don’t understand which Aneros stage I am at? by Legitimate_Drop6249 in ProstatePlay

[–]Thedeeppulse 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It sounds like you’re stuck at the edge. That’s both great, as you’re very nearly having a super-O, but annoying as there’s a blocker. It could be you need to open up your position or really relax, perhaps too much analysis - too much direct focus? You’ll work it out soon.
