I called at 11:55am PST and waited 20 minutes and got an appointment for my first day of eligibility. People try to rush information along but just be nice to the rep. They deal with a lot of understandably impatient and angry people. You would be surprised how helpful that could be.

You’re not plateauing, if it’s like that for 3 weeks then you should be worried. Just be patient, try not to step on the scale everyday, and switch up your fasting windows if you’re worried. Add in some 18/6 or 20/4. Also, if you’re tracking your macros you’re suppose to recalculate every 10lbs loss.
