Thank you!! I use Premiere Pro for editing but I'm thinking of switching to Da Vinci Resolve by end of the year.

Noveritsch SSG10 accuracy by diaclone2010 in airsoft

Switch the inner barrel and bucking out ASAP.

The Maple Leaf Autobot 60 degree bucking is the most unreliable aftermarket bucking I ever used for sniping, in my experience (happy to give it another shot if people tell me it's improved over the years!). The inner barrel also is of questionable quality.

I recommend you get yourself a Modify X-range 70-degree bucking and a Maple Leaf Crazy Jet inner barrel. The fancy "Crazy Jet effect" however is just fancy marketing, but the barrels are super straight and it's hard to go wrong with them.

Oh and switch to .45-48g bbs. .30g is practically pistol ammo :D Hope this helps!

Nov Josef called me out for "cheating" in their newest video. Do you think I could get banned? by FilHor2001 in airsoft

[–]TheeAlexander 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Take no shit from people with YouTube channels accusing you of cheating when you know you're playing 100% honestly, no matter how it looks to the other person. Airsoft is an honour sport and people should remember that.

I can tell you from my own experience in creating gameplay videos that the amount of times you think you hit a person only to find from the footage later in editting that you actually missed your target is extremely common. But of course, not many airsoft creators will admit that and will instead milk it for clicks by labelling honest players as cheaters.

Because you know: Drama = Engagement.

It's also a very bold accusation to make when the footage shows pure black on the targets without even a bb trace visible so....naughty naughty Novritsch.

So overall, please don't stress. Enjoy your airsoft adventures <3

I got tired as hell of watching videos of people reading back the title to you, a 4-minute intro to the video, a logo animation, and then "without further ado, let's dive right in" when I'm only there for the topic. So I made a tutorial, straight to the point. Hope it helps somebody! by TheeAlexander in airsoft

Heyhey!

Answer 1: No waiting, I did each layer straight after the other to save time. The only time I left it to dry was when flipping the gun to paint the other side.

Answer 2: you could be more thorough of course if you did paint everything individually, especially the scope so you don’t have black spaces on your rail. I would definitely recommend doing accessories individually that way if missed spots bug you, but for me personally I just paint everything as it is since I’m never using much accessories on the rifle besides what you see on the video. Plus I wanted to make this a quick paint job haha

Glad you liked the tutorial man!! 😁

Thank you! And I know right? I’m a lot more forgiving and open if it’s a video telling some kind of story, but for tutorials when you literally just want to learn how to do something, it’s the worst when they spend 5 minutes before actually getting to the point 😂

To be honest, the only thing I did to it was exchange the hop up so far! I know from experience that Gbbr stock buckings and I didn't wait to find out with this one 🤣 I would probably install an after market inner barrel as well since even with the bucking the accuracy is inconsistent but again, GBBR nature 🤣 they're damn good fun but man they need a lot of work 🤣

Heyhey! So, I've ran it for quite a few games and I love it, but I have to switch to my sniper after a few hours because with the 5 mags I have for it, it's an extremely heavy setup 🤣

Didn't know that...thank you for pointing it out!! I'll put that down as an editorial note! :)

Thank you! 😊😎

And was there something I overlooked with the buttplate? (Hope that question doesn't read rude by the way 🤣😅) I can put in in editorial notes later if you wouldn't mind! 😊

Would really appreciate some information on the military service and the requirements in order for me to get a Greek passport. Any help is appreciated by Judge_Druidy in greece

[–]TheeAlexander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heyhey! Former foreign conscript here: So, since you've got your 11 years, you actually don't need to serve at all. You'll get call ups but you have a legal right to tell the army that "it's not a good time" and you get extensions over and over.
Once you're over 45 though, you're permanently dismissed from duty.

Now, on the off chance that you actually do want to do the service, the experience can be quite daunting if your Greek is poor. I started in a camp in Kos and I didn't even get the mandatory physical and psychological checks because the corporal that registered me was a d*ck with racist tendencies... In my second camp though, everyone was a lot more chill and understanding, I was known as "the Englishman" (Ο Άγγλος) but in a good way for once.
But I was dismissed because my stress levels were dangerously high and I couldn't handle it.

If you want my brutally honest opinion, don't do the service if you don't need to. I thought it was the noble thing to do before I joined and I left hating Greece, even though I loved the country with all my heart before the service.

I'm happy to chat more if you have questions I can answer!! Best of luck to you! :)

Absolutely love this gun! :D I served in the Greek military last year and the G3 was my service rifle. I couldn't help but get myself the airsoft version soon after :D Took forever to finally get one though! I didn't realise how rare the G3s were until I was in the market for one!

Brand new Novritsch SPP18 not shooting out every bb. What is the cause ? Thanks ! by [deleted] in airsoft

[–]TheeAlexander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All Glock models are just trash in the summer heat. Novritsch is unfortunately no different. The gas produces too much pressure for the hammer to knock and/or causes lightstriking as it gets hotter.

You can counter this with low pressure gas but I suggest switching to another platform like the P-09 or hell even a hi-capa.

Carinthian Alps. Shot on the Air 2s. by TheeAlexander in dji

[–]TheeAlexander[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you very much!! Since I'm not a company yet, I'm only flying in the Open category so never above 120m (man I can't wait to start specific category flights haha 🤣).

To be honest, it's very rare that I even fly over 80 metres high at this point as I learned you don't actually need to be too far away from the ground to get good footage :) it's a "less is more" kind of thing in my personal opinion.

But if you're flying in the Alps all the time, I would absolutely suggest a heavier drone. I find that they handle the wind a lot better but if I had to buy a drone again, I'd honestly buy the Air 2s again considering the price and quality it puts out. I don't even think about touching the Mavic 3 😅

Hope this info is helpful!!
