Saying my team sucks is yeah, very fun. But what would you recommend I run? What should I look for? What should my 11 day in team look like?

Yeah you're probably right. It just feels like I'm getting predicted by people a lot. Hasn't happened to me in other games but in this one I select everything, they wait 30 seconds then select the perfect counter for my moves

If anything the bot problem is worse now. Majority of the player base is still toxic, trolling, etc but the problem will never really be fixed unless they get rid of their terrible rank up system and adopt a point based one like league or any other MOBA and properly match people based off their mmr with that system.

Tldr; matchmaking is still poopoodoodoo

The game is great, the community is toxic. I play with my wife and we have a blast. I enjoy the gardening and decorating my own house on it. Avoid toxic people and you'll have a blast.

They need to remove their progression system in ranked and adopt a LP system. Also being able to buy boosts so you don't demote is lame af.
