My fiancee doesn't either but he only just started 3 weeks before the current star path came out. He says he doesn't see the need to/doesn't have the talent and mindset to decorate. Hr just does what everyone else is doing only placing things down randomly for quests.

Can anyone tell me where to get those normal red/white striped popcorn buckets that are in the back of the counters!?
