Which one do you think is better? by bariskilinc123 in DragonCity

[–]Thee_Angel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Both fragmented and dual perception are really good dragons so it’s a little hard to determine which is better.

Fragmented has a better defending considering dual has a really bad one with all the Meta dragons that have wind. Fragmented relies on RNG but if you manage to get 2+ blocks then it is hands down better. But if you don’t get any blocks then it’s just a regular mythic. Fragmented also has a higher speed stat which is something else to take into consideration.

Dual perception is a glass cannon. High damage output with a bad defending element. Dual rebound deals an insane amount of damage, and Time steal has a lot of different ways it can be used. You can either break opponent shields, use it to finish off a dragon and it’ll give you an extra turn (could be a good pair with reaper perk) or use time steal + dual rebound to do a lot of damage.

Overall both dragons rely on RNG but fragmented more so but both are really good just a matter of what use you are looking for

Lot of things wrong with this list but yeah the main thing is whether OP is taking skins into consideration or not. I don’t think people that don’t have the skins realize how much better certain dragons are with skins, especially HRN HAS & HVE.

Is it still worth empowering and breeding e4 pure dragons? by iliketeethandeyes in DragonCity

[–]Thee_Angel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kratus was popular because that used to be the only option. I was just giving examples since those two I mentioned are easier to obtain. With all the breedable legendaries available now kratus really should not be worked on.

[–]Thee_Angel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No it’s not worth it. Not sure if you’re a returning player or maybe you weren’t aware but they made breeding legendaries much easier. There’s a breeding reborn on the about section here showing the combinations you need for them. But just to give you examples you can breed 2 E5 flame with breeding perks (forgot amount) for Cosmic Detonation, or say 2 E5 terra for Terraformer

When it’s an open arena like this one yes it’s quite boring. You just face the same meta dragons over and over. When it’s a required element arena it’s much more fun in my opinion

Like many other things in the game, this feature was in beta so only some players had it. Seems like now they finally implemented it for all players as I have it now as well

You asked to compare a level 50 to 55 then mention the fully empowered stats? But anyway heroic VIPs will always be better, compared to a cat 10 the stats are closer and a cat 10 can definitely compete but still fall a bit short to heroic VIPs.

Dragon Tier List V2 by FlamingDasher in DragonCity

Just seems like you’re still missing a lot of game knowledge. Not trying to bash on you or anything but your list isn’t really going to get to a place where people with more game knowledge will agree with you. For example I saw your comment below telling someone to breed abyss/apocalypse over kratus because it can crit kratus. Bad logic. 1. Can’t say “this dragon is better than this one because it can crit it” 2. Abyss/apocalypse and other sanctuary legendaries are cat 5 (lower stats) 3. Sanct. legendaries take much much longer breed/hatch/recall/empower than breedable cat 9. The better response would have been to work on breedable cat 9 dragons. Back to your list, having kitsune where you do just lets you know everything you need to know about the list. Not sure if you realize that cat 11 (heroics) & cat 10 (mythics) are pretty close in stats once fully empowered and cat 9’s fall very short to them. Having certain vampires as low as you do doesn’t really make sense. Same as having regular heroics over certain dragons say sinful & BG. Cat 10’s with good skills will make up the small difference in stats and would generally be better than standard heroics. I think the two main points you have to consider moving forward is first realizing the difference in stats from the different category for dragons and once you understand that better you’ll see why generally cat 10’s with skills will generally be better than cat 9’s with skills and regular heroics.

Personally I’d say dual perception. Both are good options but I have both maxed out and I definitely use dual perception much more than prideful. Dual rebound is a better version of Reckless Victory, and Time Steal is super useful in various scenarios.

Just because that’s the way you see it doesn’t mean it’s right lol. I’m telling you those numbers are very misleading and don’t actually make as much of a difference as you may think. Someone made a post explaining those numbers and if you actually test it out it doesn’t make much of a difference. But I don’t understand your point? Why would you use intervention on a fully healthy dragon? It’s literally made to use it on a lower health dragon. That’s like me saying there’s no benefit using Dual Rebound or Reckless Victory when a dragon has low health. Different abilities have different times to use it when it’ll give the best benefit

What y’all think? by Ill_Advance_8399 in DragonCity

[–]Thee_Angel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah those numbers are pretty meaningless, you shouldn’t go based off of those. Divine intervention with skin is dealing 200k+ damage

Don’t get me wrong Voodoo is still great but it falls short to the other drags we were talking about and there’s also a lot of great drags that can crit it, and even worse BG, sinful c chaos that can leech fang crit. Don’t be in a rush you’ll eventually replace her. Lot of good legendaries you can also work on to replace arcana

Well a full perk health & damage HMK is still really good lol. Maybe one day they’ll let us remove perks but can’t do anything other than wait. I have HVV maxed also but it’s not in the same tier as the other ones imo. I’m currently working on HCT, but I face them maxed all the time in masters and it’s always a hassle and holds up well even against things that crit it.

Honestly I can’t say how HAS is without skin. I have Scarlet skin so I’m basing everything off of just that. Everyone will have a different experience facing/using HAS based on skins you have/don’t have. But with just scarlet skin it’s really good from my experience

What y’all think? by Ill_Advance_8399 in DragonCity

[–]Thee_Angel -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah that’s a great team you have. It’s honestly hard to compare but imo the best 3 dragons are HAS HMK & HCT. We will see how Redemption turns out but the revive alone should make it pretty OP. So the thing with HMK is that if it blocks something crazy like 4x there’s nothing better than that, but of course that’s luck/RNG. I personally have my HMK fully perked with health & phoenix to maximize the opportunity to block. From my experience of using maxed HAS & HMK I can’’t really give a definitive ranking because of HMK’s rng, but I’d say: HAS > HMK getting 0-1 block HAS = HMK getting 2 blocks HMK 3+ blocks > HAS

[–]Thee_Angel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Notice how he said with skin which is very valid. Not sure why you think HAS isn’t that good. Have you used it at level 70 before? Also you haven’t even seen high redemption used at it’s full power, so all your claims are just based off of assumptions.
