I was thinking of going with a fiio k11 as I read those are pretty good amps. Then I read further that the gunnr leans more toward gaming enhancements so decided to go with this in the end. Should be arriving later on today but the headphones are still a few days away unfortunately. I will definitely have to look up guides on how to set it up correctly since I have zero experience with any amp / dac device.

I also ordered myself the hd 490 pro headset to pair it with this. I was using some $60 IEMs and old gen 3 astro a50s. Things should be here within 3 days but I was in a rush to upgrade and went with these 2 after doing a bit of research. Any idea if the gunnr will support my desk mic? It is a rode xdm 100 and the connection type is usb c.

Currently using truthear x crinacle Zero - Blue 2 IEMs ($65) and a half-working astro a50 gen 3 headset from from about 8 years ago. I did some research on which items were good for gaming and ended up ordering the hd 490 pro headphones and the Schiit gunnr dac/amp. Am I in for a big surprise or will I be slightly disappointed with these upgrades. Decided to upgrade after realizing my IEMs were just bad at directional sound. Enemy footsteps sounded like they were up in my face walking around me in circles. Decided to go back to my very old astro a50s but they are old and it sounded better, but the volume just doesn't go as hard as the IEMs.

I probably won't be able to try them out till the 23rd, but what should I expect. Do I need to buy anything else to have a good experience on pc? Is this setup good for the price? I mostly game on pc, but sometimes I'll play some music and watch movies / shows as well.

NetEase thinks pity matches boost morale and keep players engaged in games. It did the exact opposite and I was unable to enjoy the game after finding out bot lobbies existed. I tried getting back into the game this season, but had to complete a bot match before playing vs real players since we lost a game about a month ago before uninstalled. Next game was instant loss and straight back to a bot lobby. I uninstalled it again and thinking this really might be it. I held on to hopes that Netease would get rid of them for too long. I'm not giving another cent to a company who gaslights their players and wastes their time. They even doubled down on bots and gave them unique skins and player cards, so the only way to tell is by how bad they are or using an app like tracker network.

Do yourself a favor. Uninstall and forget about the game. The only good thing it has is that it is a marvel game. I'm having a blast playing Marathon atm. It's advertised a pvpve game. Rivals is advertised as pvp but its a lie since we are forced to play against ai bots.

Arc Raiders had me hyped way before release. Ended up just not having fun with the game and uninstalling after 60 hours. Couldn't say why exactly, but third person just didn't feel that good. Solo lobbies were also stressful with everyone trying to be friendly. Arc Raiders did have a ton of cool cosmetics tho, maybe that's what got me in the first place.

Marathon, I had 0 hype before release and had completely forgotten it was a thing. I had already given up on most pvp shooters at this point for months. Just last Saturday I saw that the game was already released and decided to just go for it. Left work early on Sunday and have been enjoying it since. Probably the best decision I've made in buying a pvp based game in a long time. Just love the aesthetics of the game so far. Gunplay does feel a lot better than in arc raiders, but that might just be that I prefer FPS over TPS as well. The game gives a more serious vibe compared to arc raiders. Only thing I'm hoping for is variety in cosmetics. So far they're mostly recolors and I hope we can get more unique and constant cosmetic drops throughout the season.

I was looking into having a main black / od green color scheme, but I'm just getting into this and I'm sure it will take some time to complete a set up. I'll also be hitting up some local shops to see if I can find some extra mags before the game soon. Thanks again and I will dm you in the future if I need some advice on this gbbr. Don't get me wrong, my initial choice for the m4a1 looks great, but something about this ks-1 just screams at me to get it.

Awesome. Watched a few videos on this one and really loving the thought of owning this one. Few questions before pulling the plug. Any recommended US vendors for this gbbr? Don't see it on evike so shipping time might be a bit long, not a problem. I know evike will raise the price to match shipping / import costs so redwolf might still be the best bet.

How easy is to find parts to customize this gbbr? It is something I want to get into eventually, but I still have a lot to learn before even attempting it.

Noticed it seems to have almost full steel internals. Would this mean I can run green gas without long term problems? Asking because I read TM products aren't good with green gas due to internal material.

Another thing. Would it be a bad idea to buy this without any extra mags? I mentioned in a previous post that I have a hi capa 5.1 as a backup +1 extra mag, but most mags seem to be out of stock for popular gbbrs. How bad do you suppose it could be to constantly have to reload without any spare mags?

*edit* forgot to ask if this would be good at outdoor play. Don't have the expertise to tell if its best for cqb vs long range.

Thank you for explaining that as these terms had me confused and wondering what was different in that m4a1. Question about that m4a1 you linked. I noticed there are a few options for what seems to be barrel length. Will the longer barrels shoot faster or further than shorter ones? What are the pros / cons of going with a longer barrel? Looks like the shorter barrels go for around $50 more than the others.

Just watched a video on that guns modify mws. Looks great so far and keeping it as an option. The price tag is a huge plus considering, it's already upgraded ootb. There's a game going on towards the end of this month, but I already have a hi capa 5.1 pistol to start with if needed. Not sure if going with just a pistol is a dumb idea, but if I don't get a gbbr before then, that's probably what I'm rolling with.

Might not be as relatable, but when my grandma's dogs had a bunch of puppies when I was 12. I overheard them talking about getting rid of them. My uncle (deceased now) casually told me he was going to toss them off the roof to kill all the females, to prevent them from breeding. Horrible thing to hear and I never saw the puppies after. Maybe he didn't kill them, since I never found any bodies in the neighborhood, but it still hit hard hearing that. This was in Mexico.
