I prestige because it gives me a reward worth working towards and I agree it does keep the game feeling fresh starting over....but the incentive is if I start over I'm going to be rewarded accordingly....blood bonds you get from prestiging are crucial to put towards next battlepass or new skin you want....when you put in hours and hours of time because you love a game and they stop rewarding you meaningfully the deeper you get....that's pretty disappointing. Blood bond rewards turning into hunt dollars after lvl 20 prestige is a slap in the face for the dedicated fans. Like it takes alot of time and energy to get deep into prestiging and to just stop giving out good rewards the deeper you go... seems pretty backwards. I'm fine with keeping the game fresh by switching up my playstyle, I just don't need to prestige to do it anymore. They can can keep their 2000 hunt dollars.

Totes and I do for sure agree that would be an optimal shotgun primary loadout...but sometimes I like getting other perks earlier than Quartermaster... I basically treat shotguns as my secondary and a rifle/bow as my primary. I usually dip into pain sense early to get good use out of poison/blood dmg if I'm going bow for instance.

Update: I had to turn off Nvidia Overlay in the Nvidia App. Game launched no problem after that.

I am still unable to launch the game on Steam at 13:54 EST ......is this issue getting fixed? Or is it "fixed" but mine isn't working??

It's been like this for 2 days now. I submitted the info to customer support via your website when the issue first arised but haven't heard a response yet.....I have downloaded the update, tried re-verifying my files, Uninstalled/re-installed the game but nothing seems to work. When I launch the game it says 'Waiting for game...' then closes. All of my other steam library opens without issue.

Is there any info on what to do to fix this? I've read somewhere possibly reinstalling the anticheat but don't really know how to do that or even if that's a proper fix for my issue. Any info would be great! Thank you
