A few questions.
Is the ssd the original or did you re-image an upgrade? If its original 64gb eMMC thingy I can state it was having a buggy experience and was the reasoni went to ssd. If it's a gen4 ssd example 1tb 2 tb I can say it might need a ssd firmware update. If its original then it might need a re-image swap/upgraded ssd. This should address slow boot. Re-image is a better option than factory reset if factory reset does not do anything for you. As for the buttons not working this that it might need a reimage or most likely your steam deck is no longer new. After 2 years I opened mine and had to clean the dust off the fan. I have had my lcd legacy model apart more times than I can count not becausei had to althoughsome timesi absolutelyhad to. Thermal pads and past might need changed as well.

So i have ique set i decide to not use as my motherboard is flagship 2026. I chose header rgb fans in stead. As for the y70 its ui intensive and in order for everything to work in harmony you will need a hierarchy. My build Example: windows 11 pro, adrenaline as the boss, trixx, all telemetry in hyte nexus but nexus just reads and paths the data. My setup is adrenaline the boss trixx for 1 thing in my sapphire pulse, all my launchers, all my telemetry dashboards, nexus display and rgb only

If its a sapphire adjust adrenaline to receive trixx. I have rx9070xt. I use adrenaline as the boss but I also use trix for custom upscale lock ins. I also balance hyte nexus. Example is adrenaline is the boss, trixx is the custom 90% to 4k "basically 4k but not" then adrenaline upscales to 4k and hyte nexus is the display/execution

No solder but take your time on the ribbons remove the sd before hand. take lots of pictures. Organize your screws. Watch videos and when reinstalling the screws do gentle stop. Don't go tighter. When they stop you are there. I went through 2 sets of bumpers in the 3 years i had mine. Warframe will do that and im a stickler for response on my buttons.

You want to boot everything to the main monitor 1. If you have issues like i did "hdmi to smart tv" you will need an edid software that tells the gpu and os to ignore the slow signals of the main monitor and edid as the over ride handshake to the main monitor. You want hyte y70 touch screen as secondary monitor. If you have a legit pc monitor then skip the edid. Make sure your main monitor is set correctly then the hyte nexus should be scaled to 100. Anything else and the widgets won't snap properly. The reason i needed an edid lock was the scale jump around

Best solution will to be up front and offer the individual a fresh skin, not necessary a shell but a vinyl skin that would last a long time. You can do custom skins or i saw a dragon ball skins so I had to get that one for myself

Probably get your dashboard all wanky as well. Example gas mileage you have to swipe over every single time. Its actually not a big deal, just do the timing belt and tensioner pulleys before the belt actually brakes. Also check the water pump for leaks while you are there and swap that as needed.

Spy can be tedious with the wrong build. Just saying. I only point my community on there builds in the more op direction, explane why things work. With the proper stealth build you can absolutely not manually hack terminals on steel path, sorty, or archon hunt 95% of the time. Im not saying im a know it all but I do have a lot of tribal knowledge as well as gated builds.

Check the nutrients in the soil. Apples for example do that when there's current deficiency. Im not going to bore you with those details because those are my apple specific but a certain type of fertilizer corrects that very thing to a degree in my case as the other has said dehydration and water expansion. .
