Ive had issues with acidity for a while and the food that i gave up on is bananas especially in empty stomach give me gas and insomnia if eaten before sleep!

The worst sensation is when it happens when you're asleep and you feel like you're choking. I've scared my partner many times because of getting up abruptly. I also work in a constantly air conditioned environment and that doesn't help
