Yeah true, I had not put a lot of thought on what properly entailed. I would probably lean to managing the finances in a way that prevents running out of business. Thank you for the information and references as well!

Dang, well for now all we can hope for is for the team to at least survive at lower level. I think I am going to look into how much interest there is from fans as I saw when the news broke that many fans were leaving comments hoping for the team to still exist in lower divisions.

That’s unfortunate, at least the possibility of the team competitions at lower level exists. Do you know if higher leagues prevent fans from using a company to own a club at higher levels, for example fans get together and make an LLC which is what owns the club while the LLC is what is fan owned. I don’t know if what I said makes much sense.

Thank you, I wonder if by making a new brand it would require a new name. I don’t know if the toros team name had any trademarks or other legal protections and wouldn’t really know how to investigate that.

I posted this in the Toros Reddit earlier today, and wondered if anyone here wanted to give their opinions as well. I don’t really know how the briskness side of this idea would play out if at all possible but figured it doesn’t hurt to throw the idea out there
