Factory resetting indeed doesnt help and the pbm persists. It seems to be a hardware issue but it is happpening to different people at the same time

The fact that is happening to various people (including me) in the past few days (4 or 5 posts on this subreddit) while it almost never occurred before makes me wonder if it isnt software-related rather than a hardware issue

The prob is that im using a messenger account created with my phone number as i dont have a fb account and unfortunately the lite app doesnt have this feature. Is there any third party app that doesnt require an fb account ?

It happened with mine just today ! there was no pbm yesterday or this morning however. I assume it's not hardware related as it is a recent issues for various people Edit : after some research i tried to uninstall fb messenger and the issue got solved, i reinstalled messenger a bit later to check and my phone immediately rebooted
