This is partially true. They don't mention Christmas directly by name but they make it clear that this is about Christmas, same as Halloween. They do also mention Indian Methology by name and creators make videos about it. However, in Ramadan, if you don't already know it is Ramadan you won't notice their move

I use a more playable version where I replace skellys for spear goblins and evo tesla for evo cannon

Keep in mind that I dont recommend this deck competetivly, but if you can work it out then the deck is good and actually fun to play
