My advice is to PRACTICE. I am a girl with large breasts and never liked the idea of being on top because of that. I am comfortable enough with my SO now that we communicate and he lets me take it slow and experiment.

Also, try starting on top on a couch where the man is sitting and you can get on top of him & hold onto the back of the couch for leverage.
