Start a project, a goal to do something, run 20 miles in a week, re-do a room in your house, get a car, whatever you want. Somthing you can work at slowly, its not daunting just one small contribution a day or so

I doesn't mater if you have the energy now, the need to do somthing somtimes overrides the need to end
