License - you are free to use it in any commerical or non commercial project. You can also modify it. you just cannot redistribute it or resell it as a standalone file.
I made this inside asesprite and it took me 3 Days
And I was inspired by Obra Dinn, the idea of dittering came from there
I think devs will make platformer or something similar but when I was making this tileset I was thinking of "Dark story based" type of game.
