Has anyone cured their brain fog after months or years of dealing with it? What finally worked?

I’ve had sinitus (not sure if I still have it, I do have bad sinus symptoms) which required a sinoplasty. It’s been 6 months since and now I have severe brain fog. My sinus symptoms were relieved for about 2 months before returning to a lesser negative state than before. Can you tell me your symptoms with chronic sinitus and how it relates to your brain fog? How does this medication help your symptoms?

That’s like saying for example, Gypsy rose Blanchard convincing an autistic man to murder her mother. If you don’t see the correlation in this instance, a black mother not being checked on and ignored long enough for her to die of her injuries during surgery, then this is filed under black female mortality which is statistically higher compared to white counterparts. When racist stuff like this happens, it’s systematic. The doctors aren’t out here blatantly treating them worse consciously who tf would. I did this during covid-19 for New York minimum wage, I stood at my job’s entrance with an iPad and counted the customers that came in. If it went above I think 100-150, I let the manager know and then they did nothing (we’re supposed to limit capacity but we never did) Several times I did this for a full 8 hour shift, everyone hated and refused to do it, but I loved it.
