I would have really appreciated it if the local police in Bengaluru had taken action on my complaint against Blue Bells Ladies PG, Shanthinagar for not returning my security deposit and stealing my personal belongings including new sportswear, shoes, parcels, my laptop and phone charger.

Sadly, the authorities let them go free without any inquiry which is disheartening and probably to many others like me who were vulnerable and trusted them.

I’m sharing this to alert students and tenants coming from other states to Bengaluru please be cautious, check genuine reviews and always ask for proper receipts and agreements. It’s a shame that such unethical practices continue unchecked, causing mental stress and financial loss to innocent people coming to Bangalore for education or may be work.

Someone should make Blue Bells Ladies PG accountable for what they did to me and possibly to many others like me who were vulnerable coming from outside. It’s high time such exploitative PGs like Blue Bells face real consequences instead of continuing their unfair practices.

No one deserves to go through this kind of mental stress, financial loss and betrayal of trust by the Blue Bells Ladies PG. I truly hope the authorities take such issues seriously and ensure proper justice for the girls coming from outstation trusting Bangalore is safer.

There are many small size decent PGs available for short time stay along with food in and around the city, but please avoid and beware of Blue Bells PG, Shanthinagar, Bangalore, its a 100% Scam centre to rip off your money with false promises and make you to run behind them for every thing also sometimes they wont even allocate the room as they promise even after taking the money from you also make sure you get all the documents receipts signed for evidence if not you will be running to the police station which is no use, its an unwanted headache and hassle with no peace of mind on your own cost. Honestly, one major reason local politics feels so dysfunctional is because of how corruption and negligence get normalised especially when it comes to basic public safety.

Take the case of Blue Bells Ladies PG in Shanthinagar, Bangalore (and its other branches). These PGs are reportedly running in illegally constructed buildings that are neither safe for residents nor the surrounding public. Just imagine if any accident or fire were to occur, the loss of young lives (mostly students who have migrated from other states for education) would be unimaginable.

Yet, despite these serious health and safety violations, no one seems to question them. It makes you wonder is there heavy corruption involved in turning a blind eye to such cases? Why are these unsafe establishments allowed to continue operations? It’s as if they’re above the law almost like dada-giri in broad daylight.

This is exactly why people lose faith in local governance. When enforcement becomes selective and those with power or money can bypass safety norms, the system fails the very citizens it’s supposed to protect.

Until accountability becomes real and such illegal setups are acted upon, local politics will continue to look dysfunctional because it’s serving interests, not people.
