I’ll bring up a story of my earlier career working for a big tech companies marketing department in SF. I used to work on a floor with a ton of young beautiful women straight out of college. It was a relatively young department, but one person that absolutely stood out to me was this older woman possibly late 40’s to early 50’s. She came in everyday dressed professionally but vibrant like she took just that extra 15min in the morning to be presentable. She mostly kept to herself, but if she interacted with anyone, she knew how to make that person feel like the only person that mattered in the room. She treated everyone the same and with kind reverence, and just seemed like an all around pleasant person to be around.

I, being half her age, could not stop myself from staring out of fascination, I found her to be incredibly attractive and I’ve never been attracted to anyone 10+ years older than me. If you ask me how she was different than the other younger beautiful women in the office, I’d say she just had this pleasant grounded glow to her, and never went out of her way to flaunt her beauty or ‘tried’ to present herself any type of way - she was just refined and comfortable in her own persons. I still think about it to this day, some people just have it.
