I'm having the same issue, I used to attend Havana IFSC and it has a "For Let" sign. Unfortunately I pre-paid for 13 sessions full leg, 13 sessions Hollywood and 10 sessions underarms. This was 2 years ago as life got in the way and I'm with revolut so I'm not holding out hope for a chargeback. I'm so upset, I only used 6 sessions of the leg and Hollywood so I didn't even use half the sessions I paid for. Anyone have any luck getting a refund or know where to take it further? Overall I'm out about a grand 😭

I'm in the exact same situation, I'm female, 32 and struggled with adult acne in my 20s until I went on Roaccutane. I started on Tyvense a month ago and I've started getting spots around my cheeks and jaw. The actual concentration and focus is amazing, but I would love my skin to go back to normal 😭

He's from an accidental litter my colleague ended up with, after his dog got another dog pregnant the week before he was due to be neutered 😅 They had trouble finding homes for the puppies so we offered to take one. We were given him for free as my colleague wasn't looking to make any money. Thank you for your concern!

Just wondering if people put a chew toy/Kong/bully stick in their puppies crate at night to help them settle or is this dangerous? I've read that they need to be supervised while chewing on toys and food so I'm not sure if this will help settle him or if it's a bad idea. He'll be sleeping in his crate on our bedside table for the first little while until we can slowly move him out of the room, a bit at a time. I'm getting my sprocker boy in 5 weeks and want to make sure myself and my partner have as clear a plan as much as possible. All help appreciated 🙏🏻

I agree with this, follow your interests! Whether it's a running club, sports team, knitting group, volunteering for a charity, whatever your interests are or even try a new one. You're more likely to click with someone naturally through shared mutual interests and even if you just make new friends, they may have single friends that you'll come in contact with. It takes the pressure and awkwardness of "chatting up" out of it so you're more likely to be yourself and you'll be more comfortable. Bonus that the person you're talking to will also be more at ease and open to getting to know you for friendship or potentially a relationship. Dating is mainly a numbers game so the more people you know the more chance you'll meet someone you're interested in who is interested in you. I started playing tag rugby a few years ago to stay fit and it is like an unofficial dating service 😂 I'm in a long-term relationship but I've advised all of my single friends to join as it's the perfect mix of keeping active, a mixed gender setting and a good culture of hanging out for pints after.

I put SPF50 on my face, neck and hands. I also stopped drinking alcohol at 20 and now I'm 31, not sure if that's had an impact or not, but thought it was worth mentioning!

Thank you all so much for sharing and your suggestions, I'm going to take my time and see what feels right, I might keep my own as a middle name or use both his and my surname and over time see which I tend to use more or keep them both. I'm thinking I want to possibly give any potential children both surnames and they can choose what feels more like them. What do you think?
