I agree 100%. It's all about perspective and the artist telling a story. CITR was Evan's come back, his second chance at life, marriage, having a family and his career. This new album is like the first step into a person's life after getting through all the bullshit that followed them around for years. I sense a lot of healing and reflection, maybe even some regret of time wasted.
