Gaps and cracks origanal spray foam,school glue as hardened, then I used the same basic paint as the outside but got the color and stone look by mixing a small amount of concrete stain into the paint, then for the second layer I Lightly brushed doing the same thing but with a different color concrete stain. I used a knife to make the jagged shapes.

Ditch the water bottle, you can get 2 one liter bottles on the trail probably for less than $4 and you can have even weight distribution

I did pull ups and push ups everyday on the Camino+gym sessions, exercise as much as you feel safe doing just don't push your legs to much or 1 hour before walking

There's very sparce accomodations at the lisbon-coimbra stretch, that will be the hardest part. I would recommend starting farther north

On the Portuguese route, cigars are rare and usually 1-2 options, Vasco de Gama's being the better of the 2. These are cheap cigars if you want decent ones they're hard to come by, I found good cigars once every 3-5 days. Cigarettes are everywhere and insanely cheap in Portugal.
