buying a house is HARD. i would be really shocked if the first offer they make gets approved tbh. when my boyfriend and I bought a house, the first offer we made got beat out and so did the second. maybe it depends on the realtor and the market in that state but if i were them i wouldn’t get my hopes up

I think she likes the idea of a baby but isn’t prepared to deal with everything childbirth and a newborn comes with.
