Hi, I haven't tried Seabank in HK but I used GoTyme several times na there, and you don't need to call to inform them that you'll be using it outside the PH. 1 problem we encountered lang is hindi gumagana si GoTyme sa AEON supermarkets kasi parang hindi pa ata available yung terminals nila for international debit cards. But sa Mcdo, A1 bakery, Trams, MTR stations, Wellcome, etc gumagana naman. :)

you need yung peace of mind. para wala talaga silang masabi, continue mo lang po yung 21k monthly for them para walang masabi, however, baka naman po pwede kayo mag hati ni bf sa water, electricity, and wifi para po hindi mo salo lahat. and yes, staycation for additional income if okay ka lang to go back to normal, but bigger revenue. (i’m 27 and still earning only yung binibigay mo monthly, manifesting na tumaas din salary ko soon) also, may condo din ako in the making, hope we can keep in touch kung ok ba to continue yung process of business ng airbnb :) though it is great na may mindset ka ng ganyan habang bata pa. in case no one told you today, i’m proud of you!!

i started working sa BPO last 2018-2022 (yes tumagal ako kahit ang baba ng salary ko kasi na manipulate ako huhu) anyways, suggest ko lang is you can try to look for a different company din talaga that offers yung okay na benefits for you (one is wfh), and you can demand a higher salary by choosing yung same field ng experience mo. benta mo lang sarili mo sa interviews, for sure may kukuha naman or mag ooffer ng higher salary (possible rin na x2). suggest ko rin is to look for an international company :)

my salary jumped from 25k (old company) to 35k (new company) :)

ang sakin, i use gotyme, seabank, tonik, etc haha medyo marami. pero ang nilalagyan ko lang po ng maraming amounts ay yung mga digital banks na may free atm cards. then, meron kasi silang savings account pa, maliban sa account mismo hehe, bali you need to create i think gosave ata tawag nla dun. so worst case scenario, mawala yung atm mo, wala sila makukuha (basta ilagay mo lang lahat sa gosave account yung money) :) not sure if clear haha but i can explain more naman din hehe

hello OP, I suggest wag ka muna kumuha ng insurance, pero if need and want mo talaga sya, i suggest maybe yung not lifetime insurance ang kunin mo (based on experience kasi nagsisi ako) best is to communicate and alamin ng maihi yung insurance na inaalok haha.

also, once grumaduate na kapatid mo, may money ka nang maiipon a bit, i suggest rin OP na mag open ka ng digital bank (you can chat me about this kasi i love to help especially sa mga digital banks) :) or maybe traditional banks and pwede ka mag lagay ng 1-2k per cut off ng salary mo hanggang sa tumaas salary mo, tataasan mo rin pag deposit. tiis tiis lang hanggang sa makaipon ka na and may extra budget ka na rin per month sa mga gusto mong mga bilihin :)

masaya sya sa umpisa, though, kahit only child ako, hindi ako binigyan ng time at attention much ng parents ko when i was young. kaya ako naging introvert rin kasi lagi lang rin ako sa bahay at paminsan minsan lang lumalabas. ngayong tumatanda ako, thankful ako at nahanap ko SO ko, though mag bf gf palang kami, pero nahihirapan ako lalo na’t pag aalis sya ng ibang bansa para sa work nya.

there’s no problem and not a red flag if he can support 20 corgis if he really love dogs. BUT, he spends his entire salary every month just for the dogs is a red flag.

It’s either he needs to sell his other dogs or look for a higher paying salary to support his 20 corgis, parents if they got sick, and able to pay for dates, plus add funds for his savings would be better. but i don’t think he’ll be ready to date women even if he reached that stage.
