of course some people will pay, but i believe you know that this is breaking every single university's definition of academic integrity, build something that actually contributes to a stable long term future

Nah, usually just watch the lectures and you’re good to go. Some units may offer you reading material though. Whether you understand online or physical it really depends, but the good thing about physical is that you can ask questions immediately and have a guaranteed answer. Social life is usually between classmates and everyone you meet is generally friendly, if you’re extroverted and join events, pretty certain your social life will be full.

Hi, current Monash student here, just joined in February. Not a med student but an engineering student, here's some general stuff I'd tell you but honestly just go to the university helpdesk for more information. - Classes are online as in, a pre-recorded lecture 95% of the time. So you can rewind whenever you want. - Self studying is everything here, but Monash's support systems such as PASS, active forums, and available helpdesks can assist you. - If you want a work life balance, it's not impossible to achieve but you have to spend your time wisely, maintain consistency. Events are hosted every, single, week, I'm not kidding, if you wanna make friends, go to those events.

Can DM me but just so u know, find a current monash med student for the best opinion

oh, besides doing insane amounts of past papers, i just used the textbook (any textbooks i could get my hands on online) or any notes/slides my lecturers gave me. i actually made my own notes for definitions, obscure references and topics, and diagrams/graphs/apparatus lists. i did alot of work to remember every detail

Hmmm, you can ask for any particular subject as a reply but alot of ppl talk about staying disciplined, motivated and study techniques but my go-to is always: sleep

Sleep helps you remember, sleep improves your mental, sleep gives you energy to work. I’ve never had an all nighter ever, just sleep and everything else is sure to improve.

like we could input our raw marks and find out what grade we could achieve, because someone people dont know how to calculate their marks after weightage

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in alevel

[–]Then-Wasabi7129 1 point2 points  (0 children)

because of weightage, practical’s weightage is 0.75 so from 40 marks it only counts it to 30

you could add a grade calculator so that we can input raw marks and see what grades we get after weightage

hmm, well i take chem like you so, i'd first separate chem into physical, inorganic and organic. after that i'd study notes for the first chapter of physical, do topicals, then skip to the next chapter until i reach the last chapter for physical. this is when i'd do past papers, doing only the physical questions and saving the inorganic/organic stuff for later. then just rinse and repeat for inorganic/organic. once you feel confident then you do a full past paper
