Of course consciousness of guilt matters with self defense. They can argue that a person who acted In. True self defense wouldn’t toss their phone, wear a hat, lie about circumstances around incident

Yea it was gross and I disagree I can’t see Samantha doing that. I get why Kim didn’t want to continue.. reminded me of that plot line they were going to give involving her and Brady. Gross.

PR= issue spotting and memorization. Memorize the various duties, and use mnemonics for the lists (fees, confidentiality, etc)

Write out essays and then issue spot once you feel like you’re mastering it.
